Highfield Diploma in Professional Patisserie
This internationally recognised qualification is ideal for individuals with a passion for patisserie, confectionery and artisan baking who want formal training to pursue a professional career in the industry. Our Professional Patisserie course will enhance your technical skill, precision and creativity in the pastry arts.
At Caraway, we believe in developing well-rounded professionals. Alongside hands-on training in classic and contemporary techniques, students will benefit from a bonus course in Entrepreneurship and Brand Development – empowering them to build their own brand and pursue opportunities as future business owners.

Student Criteria
- Students must have a grade 10 certificate with maths literacy as a subject.
- Must have a valid South Africa ID book or card and be 16 years or older.
- International students must have a valid passport and pending study permit.
